ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,305,890, issued on May 20, was assigned to ARIZONA BOARD OF REGENTS ON BEHALF OF ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY (Scottsdale, Ariz.).
