ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 26 -- United States Patent no. 12,258,370, issued on March 25, was assigned to Arizona Board of Regents on behalf of Arizona State University (Scottsdale, Ariz.).
"Betulastatin compounds" was invented by George R. Pettit (Paradise Valley, Ariz.) and Noeleen Melody (Mesa, Ariz.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present disclosure relates to Betulastatin compounds, pharmaceutical compositions and kits comprising such compounds, and methods for using such compounds or pharmaceutical compositions."
The patent was filed on Feb. 8, 2023, under Application No. 18/166,008.
