ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 25 -- United States Patent no. 12,338,459, issued on June 24, was assigned to ARIZONA BOARD OF REGENTS ON BEHALF OF ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY (Scottsdale, Ariz.).
