ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,381,616, issued on Aug. 5, was assigned to ARIZONA BOARD OF REGENTS ON BEHALF OF ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY (Scottsdale, Ariz.).
