ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,317,641, issued on May 27, was assigned to Arizona Board of Regents on behalf of Arizona State University (Scottsdale, Ariz.) and The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (Chapel Hill, N.C.).
"Perovskite/silicon tandem photovoltaic device" was invented by Zhengshan Yu (Gilbert, Ariz.), Zachary Holman (Phoenix), Bo Chen (Chapel Hill, N.C.) and Jinsong Huang (Chapel Hill, N.C.).
