ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,303,231, issued on May 20, was assigned to Arizona Board of Regents on Behalf of Arizona State University (Tempe, Ariz.) and Mozest Goldberg (Les Baux de Provence, France).

"Systems and methods including a device for personalized activity monitoring involving the hands" was invented by Troy McDaniel (Gilbert, Ariz.), Sethuraman Panchanathan (Gilbert, Ariz.) and Mozest Goldberg (Les Baux de Provence, France).
