ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,431,034, issued on Sept. 30, was assigned to ACME Worldwide Enterprises Inc. (Albuquerque, N.M.).

"Dynamic motion seat" was invented by Randall S. Gurule (Albuquerque, N.M.), Douglas D. Sutton (Albuquerque, N.M.), E. Victor Maestas (Placitas, N.M.), Peter Agnew (Albuquerque, N.M.), Matthew Hastey (Albuquerque, N.M.) and Michael T. Skelton (Albuquerque, N.M.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Embodiments of the present invention comprise a dynamic motion seat with at least five directions of motion for vehicle simulation."
