ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 3 -- United States Patent no. 12,539,278, issued on Feb. 3, was assigned to Academia Sinica (Taipei, Taiwan) and National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (Hsinchu, Taiwan).
