"Uses of sport hand covers in the sport of golf" was invented by Melina Uribe (Redlands, Calif.) and John Ramirez (Redlands, Calif.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "According to the various features of the present invention which will become apparent as the description thereof proceeds, the present invention provides partial hand covers and uses of hand covers, intended to increase the overall performance in sports activities."

The patent was filed on Feb. 22, 2024, under Application No. 18/585,043.
