WASHINGTON, Aug. 15 -- United States International Trade Commission has issued a notice called: High Purity Dissolving Pulp From Brazil and Norway; Institution of Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Investigations and Scheduling of Preliminary Phase Investigations.
