WASHINGTON, Sept. 8 -- U.S. Customs and Border Protection has issued a rule called: Agreement Between the United States of America, the United Mexican States, and Canada (USMCA) Implementing Regulations Related to Textile and Apparel Goods, Automotive Goods, and Other USMCA Provisions; Correcting Amendments.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 8 by Robert F. Altneu, Director, Regulations & Disclosure Law Division, Regulations & Rulings, Office of Trade, U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
