WASHINGTON, Nov. 25 -- U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has issued a notice called: Termination of the Designation of Burma (Myanmar) for Temporary Protected Status.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 25 by Kristi Noem, Secretary of Homeland Security.
Summary: Through this notice, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announces that the Secretary of Homeland Security (Secretary) is terminating the designation of Burma (Myanmar) for Temporary Protected Status. The designation of Burma is set to expire on November 25, 2025.
