WASHINGTON, May 8 -- Securities And Exchange Commission has issued a notice called: Self-Regulatory Organizations; Cboe Exchange, Inc.; Notice of Filing and Immediate Effectiveness of a Proposed Rule Change To Update Its Fees Schedule in Connection With the Exchange's Plans To List and Trade Options That Overlie the S&P 500 Equal Weight Index ("SPEQX Options").
