WASHINGTON, Sept. 29 -- Securities And Exchange Commission has issued a notice called: Self-Regulatory Organizations; Cboe BZX Exchange, Inc.; Notice of Filing and Immediate Effectiveness of a Proposed Rule Change To Amend Rule 11.23 To Introduce an Option for an Exchange-Traded Product ("ETP") Eligible To Participate in an Initial Public Offering ("IPO") Auction To Elect to Commence Trading in the BZX Early Trading Session.
