PIPELINE AND HAZARDOUS MATERIALS SAFETY ADMINISTRATION ISSUES NOTICE: PIPELINE SAFETY: RECISSION OF ADVISORY BULLETIN ON SECTION 114 OF THE PROTECTING OUR INFRASTRUCTURE OF PIPELINES AND ENHANCING SAFETY ACT OF 2020

WASHINGTON, June 18 -- Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration has issued a notice called: Pipeline Safety: Recission of Advisory Bulletin on Section 114 of the Protecting our Infrastructure of Pipelines and Enhancing Safety Act of 2020.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on June 18 by Benjamin D. Kochman, Acting Administrator.
