WASHINGTON, Oct. 23 -- Office Of The United States Trade Representative has issued a notice called: Notice of Determination and Request for Comments Concerning Action Pursuant to Section 301: Nicaragua's Acts, Policies, and Practices Related to Labor Rights, Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, and the Rule of Law.
