WASHINGTON, July 1 -- Office of the Secretary of Labor has issued a proposed rule called: Rescission of Affirmative Outreach Requirements for Recipients of WIOA Title I Financial Assistance.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on July 1 by Dean Heyl, Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management, Labor.
