OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY ISSUES NOTICE: NOTIFICATION OF RESCISSION OF THE 2022 INTERPRETATION OF SECTION 188 OF THE WORKFORCE INNOVATION AND OPPORTUNITY ACT

WASHINGTON, Jan. 8 -- Office of the Secretary has issued a notice called: Notification of Rescission of the 2022 Interpretation of Section 188 of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act.
