WASHINGTON, Nov. 18 -- Office of the Comptroller of the Currency has issued a proposed rule called: Rescission of OCC Guidelines Establishing Standards for Recovery Planning by Certain Large Insured National Banks, Insured Federal Savings Associations, and Insured Federal Branches.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 18 by Jonathan V. Gould, Comptroller of the Currency.
Summary: The OCC proposes amending 12 CFR part 30 by rescinding appendix E, OCC Guidelines Establishing Standards for Recovery Planning by Certain Large Insured National Banks, Insured Federal Savings, and Insured Federal Branches.
