WASHINGTON, Aug. 13 -- Natural Resources Conservation Service has issued a notice called: Rescinding the Notice of Intent To Prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for the GreenThumb Gardens Water Supply Project Watershed Plan, New York, NY for Bronx, Kings, New York, Queens, and Richmond Counties.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 13 by Blake Glover, New York State Conservationist, Natural Resources Conservation Service.
