NATIONAL PARK SERVICE ISSUES NOTICE: NOTICE OF INVENTORY COMPLETION: THE UNIVERSITY OF TENNESSEE, MCCLUNG MUSEUM OF NATURAL HISTORY & CULTURE, KNOXVILLE, TN

WASHINGTON, Aug. 21 -- National Park Service has issued a notice called: Notice of Inventory Completion: The University of Tennessee, McClung Museum of Natural History & Culture, Knoxville, TN.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 21 by Mariah Soriano, Acting Manager, National NAGPRA Program.

Summary: In accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA), The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, McClung Museum of Natural History & Culture (UTK), has completed an inventory of associated funerary objects and has determined that there is a cultural affiliation between the associated funerary objects and Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations in this notice.
