WASHINGTON, Jan. 22 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a rule called: Fisheries Off West Coast States; Pacific Coast Groundfish Fishery; Emergency Action to Temporarily Increase 2026 Harvest Specifications and Sector Allocations for Shortspine Thornyhead, Canary Rockfish, and Petrale Sole.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Jan. 22 by Samuel D. Rauch, Deputy Assistant Administrator for Regulatory Programs, National Marine Fisheries Service.
