WASHINGTON, June 3 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a rule called: Fisheries Off West Coast States; Coastal Pelagic Species Fisheries; Amendment 23 to the Coastal Pelagic Species Fishery Management Plan.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on June 3 by Samuel D. Rauch III, Deputy Assistant Administrator for Regulatory Programs, National Marine Fisheries Service.
