WASHINGTON, June 12 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a rule called: Fisheries of the Northeastern United States; Summer Flounder Fishery; Quota Transfer From North Carolina to Virginia.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on June 12 by Kelly Denit, Director, Office of Sustainable Fisheries, National Marine Fisheries Service.
