WASHINGTON, Nov. 7 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a rule called: Fisheries of the Northeastern United States; Summer Flounder Fishery; 2025 Commercial Quota Harvested for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 7 by Samuel D. Rauch III, Deputy Assistant Administrator for Regulatory Programs, National Marine Fisheries Service.
