WASHINGTON, Sept. 29 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a rule called: Fisheries of the Northeastern United States; Atlantic Bluefish Fishery; Quota Transfer From New Jersey to North Carolina.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 29 by Kelly Denit, Director, Office of Sustainable Fisheries, National Marine Fisheries Service.
