WASHINGTON, Sept. 15 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a rule called: Fisheries of the Exclusive Economic Zone Off Alaska; Blackspotted and Rougheye Rockfish in the Central Aleutian and Western Aleutian Districts of the Bering Sea and Aleutian Islands Management Area.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 15 by Kelly Denit, Director, Office of Sustainable Fisheries, National Marine Fisheries Service.
