WASHINGTON, Sept. 29 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a rule called: Coastal Migratory Pelagic Resources of the Gulf and Atlantic Region; Re-Opening of Commercial Harvest for Atlantic Spanish Mackerel in the Northern Zone.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 29 by Kelly Denit, Director, Office of Sustainable Fisheries, National Marine Fisheries Service.
