NATIONAL OCEANIC AND ATMOSPHERIC ADMINISTRATION ISSUES PROPOSED RULE: PACIFIC HALIBUT FISHERIES OF THE WEST COAST; MANAGEMENT MEASURES FOR THE AREA 2A PACIFIC HALIBUT DIRECTED COMMERCIAL FISHERY

WASHINGTON, April 8 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Pacific Halibut Fisheries of the West Coast; Management Measures for the Area 2A Pacific Halibut Directed Commercial Fishery.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on April 8 by Samuel D. Rauch, Deputy Assistant Administrator for Regulatory Programs, National Marine Fisheries Service.
