NATIONAL OCEANIC AND ATMOSPHERIC ADMINISTRATION ISSUES PROPOSED RULE: MAGNUSON-STEVENS FISHERY CONSERVATION AND MANAGEMENT ACT PROVISIONS; FISHERIES OF THE NORTHEASTERN UNITED STATES; FRAMEWORK ADJUSTMENT 18 TO THE SUMMER FLOUNDER, SCUP, AND BLACK SEA BASS FISHERY MANAGEMENT PLAN

WASHINGTON, Sept. 16 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act Provisions; Fisheries of the Northeastern United States; Framework Adjustment 18 to the Summer Flounder, Scup, and Black Sea Bass Fishery Management Plan.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 16 by Samuel D. Rauch III, Deputy Assistant Administrator for Regulatory Programs, National Marine Fisheries Service.
