NATIONAL OCEANIC AND ATMOSPHERIC ADMINISTRATION ISSUES PROPOSED RULE: FISHERIES OF THE NORTHEASTERN UNITED STATES; FRAMEWORK ADJUSTMENT 39 TO THE ATLANTIC SEA SCALLOP FISHERY MANAGEMENT PLAN

WASHINGTON, March 18 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Fisheries of the Northeastern United States; Framework Adjustment 39 to the Atlantic Sea Scallop Fishery Management Plan.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on March 18 by Samuel D. Rauch III, Deputy Assistant Administrator for Regulatory Programs, National Marine Fisheries Service.
