WASHINGTON, Oct. 2 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Fisheries of the Exclusive Economic Zone Off Alaska; Modify the Timing of Haul Designation for Trawl Catcher Processors in the Gulf of Alaska and Bering Sea and Aleutian Islands Groundfish Fisheries.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 2 by Samuel D. Rauch, Deputy Assistant Administrator for Regulatory Programs, National Marine Fisheries Service.
