WASHINGTON, Aug. 6 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Fisheries of the Exclusive Economic Zone Off Alaska; Amendment 125 to the Bering Sea and Aleutian Islands Fishery Management Plan; Pacific Cod Small Boat Access.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 6 by Samuel D. Rauch III, Deputy Assistant Administrator for Regulatory Programs, National Marine Fisheries Service.
