WASHINGTON, March 17 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Fisheries of the Caribbean, Gulf of Mexico, and South Atlantic; Snapper-Grouper Fishery of the South Atlantic; Amendment 55.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on March 17 by Karen H. Abrams, Acting Director, Office of Sustainable Fisheries, National Marine Fisheries Service.
