WASHINGTON, April 4 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a notice called: Taking and Importing Marine Mammals; Taking Marine Mammals Incidental to Geophysical Surveys Related to Oil and Gas Activities in the Gulf of America (Formerly Gulf of Mexico).
The notice was published in the Federal Register on April 4 by Kimberly Damon-Randall, Director, Office of Protected Resources, National Marine Fisheries Service.
