WASHINGTON, Dec. 15 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a notice called: Takes of Marine Mammals Incidental to Specified Activities; Taking Marine Mammals Incidental to the Pier 171 Repair and Replacement Project in Newport, Rhode Island.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Dec. 15 by Kimberly Damon-Randall, Director, Office of Protected Resources, National Marine Fisheries Service.
