WASHINGTON, July 22 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a notice called: Takes of Marine Mammals Incidental to Specified Activities; Taking Marine Mammals Incidental to the Oregon Department of Transportation's Yaquina Bay Dolphin Replacement Project in Newport, Oregon.
