WASHINGTON, Sept. 8 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a notice called: Takes of Marine Mammals Incidental to Specified Activities; Taking Marine Mammals Incidental to the Office of Naval Research's Arctic Research Activities in the Beaufort and Chukchi Seas (Year 8).

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 8 by Kimberly Damon-Randall, Director, Office of Protected Resources, National Marine Fisheries Service.
