WASHINGTON, Aug. 7 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a notice called: Takes of Marine Mammals Incidental to Specified Activities; Taking Marine Mammals Incidental to the Northeast Supply Enhancement Project in Raritan Bay, Lower New York Bay and the Atlantic Ocean.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 7 by Kimberly Damon-Randall, Director, Office of Protected Resources, National Marine Fisheries Service.
