WASHINGTON, June 23 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a notice called: Takes of Marine Mammals Incidental to Specified Activities; Taking Marine Mammals Incidental to the Lower Columbia River Dredged Material Management Plan, Oregon and Washington.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on June 23 by Tanya Dobrzynski, Acting Director, Office of Protected Resources, National Marine Fisheries Service.
