WASHINGTON, April 16 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a notice called: Takes of Marine Mammals Incidental to Specified Activities; Taking Marine Mammals Incidental to the City of Ketchikan's Berth III Mooring Dolphins Project in Ketchikan, Alaska.
