WASHINGTON, Sept. 11 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a notice called: Takes of Marine Mammals Incidental to Specified Activities; Taking Marine Mammals Incidental to Seward Cruise Ship Passenger Dock and Terminal Facility Project in Seward, Alaska.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 11 by Kimberly Damon-Randall, Director, Office of Protected Resources, National Marine Fisheries Service.
