WASHINGTON, Aug. 1 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a notice called: Takes of Marine Mammals Incidental to Specified Activities; Taking Marine Mammals Incidental to Sand Island Pile Dike Repairs in the Columbia River.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 1 by Kimberly Damon-Randall, Director, Office of Protected Resources, National Marine Fisheries Service.
