WASHINGTON, Aug. 7 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a notice called: Takes of Marine Mammals Incidental to Specified Activities; Taking Marine Mammals Incidental to Pile Driving and Removal To Improve the Auke Bay East Ferry Terminal.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 7 by Kimberly Damon-Randall, Director, Office of Protected Resources, National Marine Fisheries Service.
