WASHINGTON, April 18 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a notice called: Takes of Marine Mammals Incidental to Specified Activities; Taking Marine Mammals Incidental to Construction of the Alaska Liquefied Natural Gas Project in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska.
