NATIONAL OCEANIC AND ATMOSPHERIC ADMINISTRATION ISSUES NOTICE: TAKES OF MARINE MAMMALS INCIDENTAL TO SPECIFIED ACTIVITIES; TAKING MARINE MAMMALS INCIDENTAL TO A MARINE GEOPHYSICAL SURVEY OF THE EAST PACIFIC RISE IN THE EASTERN TROPICAL PACIFIC OCEAN

WASHINGTON, Feb. 20 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a notice called: Takes of Marine Mammals Incidental to Specified Activities; Taking Marine Mammals Incidental to a Marine Geophysical Survey of the East Pacific Rise in the Eastern Tropical Pacific Ocean.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 20 by Shannon Bettridge, Acting Director, Office of Protected Resources, National Marine Fisheries Service.
