WASHINGTON, Dec. 18 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a notice called: Takes of Marine Mammals Incidental to Specified Activities; Taking Marine Mammals Incidental to a Marine Geophysical Survey of the East Pacific Rise in the Eastern Tropical Pacific Ocean.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Dec. 18 by Kimberly Damon-Randall, Director, Office of Protected Resources, National Marine Fisheries Service.
