WASHINGTON, Dec. 12 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a notice called: Agency Information Collection Activities; Submission to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for Review and Approval; Comment Request; West Coast Region Groundfish Trawl Fishery Electronic Monitoring Program.
