WASHINGTON, March 19 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a notice called: Agency Information Collection Activities; Submission to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for Review and Approval; Comment Request; Environmental Compliance Questionnaire for NOAA Federal Funding Opportunity Applicants.
