WASHINGTON, July 3 -- Mine Safety and Health Administration has issued a notice called: Proposed Extension of Information Collection: Applications for Permits To Fire More than 20 Boreholes and for Use of Nonpermissible Blasting Units, Explosives, and Shot-Firing Units; and Posting Notices of Misfires.
